We work together through each muscle to help muscle activation, muscle fiber alignment, and body sensory communication. This is a slow and deep therapy that coordinates pressure and action to help with communication between mind and body.

Mother and baby focused massage. Whether you need calm, relaxing touch or need relief from the changes both during pregnancy and after birth, I will meet you where your body and mind are.
Postpartum visits can be done in home or my office.
